I’m Felix Concepcion Sablan—a husband, father, business executive, leadership coach, and advocate committed to helping people lead with greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and human connectedness.
Raised in the village of Santa Rita, Guam, my Chamorro heritage grounds everything I do. It taught me that leadership isn’t just about influence—it’s about responsibility: to our communities, our culture, and to the people who are too often unseen or unheard.
Today, I serve as Chief Revenue Officer and EVP of Client Solutions at TalentSmartEQ, where I partner with Fortune 500 organizations to implement EQ strategies that strengthen culture, elevate performance, and improve well-being. My career spans six major industries and includes senior leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, higher education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship.
Beyond corporate leadership, I’ve devoted much of my life to cultural preservation and advocacy. I founded Islander Elevation and helped establish the House of Chamorros at Balboa Park, San Diego, creating spaces for Chamorros living stateside to connect, belong, and reclaim cultural identity. I also serve as Commissioner for Arts and Culture for the City of Chula Vista and hold leadership roles supporting the broader API community across San Diego County and the State of California.
Through my career and creative work in music and entertainment, I help people connect the dots—between identity and impact, purpose and performance, and awareness and empowerment. Because I believe the future belongs to leaders who can connect deeply, lead with courage, and build cultures where people truly thrive.
